RIVERSIDE, CA – Complete Coach Works (CCW), North America’s leading provider of transit bus and sustainable transportation solutions, is proud to announce that Shah Remtulla, Regional Sales Manager at Complete Coach Works and a Texas resident, has been appointed to the Texas Transit Association (TTA) Board of Directors.
The appointment reflects Remtulla’s longstanding commitment to the public transportation industry and his dedication to supporting transit agencies throughout Texas and across North America. As a member of the TTA Board of Directors, he will work alongside fellow transit leaders to help advance the association’s mission of promoting safe, reliable, and innovative public transportation throughout the state.
Remtulla has also been invited to participate in the 2026 Texas Transit Association Board Workshop, where board members will collaborate on strategic initiatives, organizational planning, and priorities that support the future of public transportation in Texas. His appointment to the Board becomes effective August 1, 2026, and he will officially be welcomed by fellow board members during the Board Workshop in South Padre Island.
Throughout his career, Remtulla has worked closely with transit agencies to develop fleet modernization strategies that maximize vehicle life, improve performance, and deliver long-term value. His experience spans transit bus refurbishment, repowering, fleet lifecycle management, cooperative purchasing, and sustainable transportation solutions.

RIVERSIDE, CA – Complete Coach Works (CCW), North America’s leading provider of transit bus and sustainable transportation solutions, is proud to announce that Mark Hollenbeck, Business Development Manager at CCW and Vice Chair of the California Transit Training Consortium (CTTC) Executive Board, has been appointed Chair of the CTTC Membership and Marketing Committee.
The appointment comes as CTTC expands its statewide workforce development initiatives through new leadership efforts and strategic partnerships aimed at supporting the future of California’s transit industry.
As Membership and Marketing Committee Chair, Hollenbeck will help guide initiatives focused on member engagement, industry outreach, and promoting the value of workforce development programs across California’s public transportation sector.

RIVERSIDE, CA – Shuttle Bus Leasing (SBL), the nation’s leading provider of pre-owned buses, in collaboration with its affiliate Complete Coach Works (CCW), is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to lease six (6) 2007 40-foot New Flyer C40LFR CNG buses to Ace Parking Management, based in San Diego, California.
The project includes pre-lease preparation performed by CCW at its Riverside, California headquarters. Upon completion, the buses will be delivered to Burbank, California, supporting Ace Parking’s operational deployment.
Under the agreement, the buses will undergo a detailed pre-lease scope of work along with customer-specific modifications to align with Ace Parking’s service requirements.
Major Scope Highlights Include:
- Full exterior repaint
- Inspection and servicing of CNG fuel systems
- HVAC, electrical, and accessibility systems tested and verified for full functionality
- Interior preparation including seating inspection, flooring restoration, and driver area improvements
- Installation of one (1) luggage rack to meet customer specifications
- Inspection and servicing of engine, transmission, brake, and suspension systems

RIVERSIDE, CA – Complete Coach Works (CCW), North America’s leading provider of transit bus and sustainable transportation solutions, is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to prepare and deliver two (2) 2011 35-foot Gillig Low Floor diesel buses for Hermes, based in Denver, Colorado.
The project includes pre-sale preparation and refurbishment of the buses at CCW’s headquarters in Riverside, California. Upon completion, the units will be delivered directly to the customer’s facility in Denver, supporting their fleet expansion and operational needs.
Under the awarded contract, CCW will perform its standard pre-sale preparation scope of work, along with customer-specified upgrades designed to enhance performance, reliability, and overall passenger experience.
Major Scope Highlights Include:
- Full exterior repaint with white finish and black accent components, including black-painted wheels
- Installation of LED headlights for improved visibility and safety
- New ERGO AM80 driver’s seat with updated safety features
- Passenger seating upgrades with new grey vinyl inserts
- Comprehensive mechanical inspection and servicing of engine, transmission, and cooling systems
- Replacement of critical service components including fluids, filters, belts, and batteries
- HVAC, electrical, and accessibility systems tested and verified for full functionality
- Inspection and servicing of suspension, steering, brake, and undercarriage systems
- Steam cleaning of engine compartment, undercarriage, and major components

RIVERSIDE, CA – Complete Coach Works (CCW), North America’s leading provider of transit bus and sustainable transportation solutions, is proud to announce it has been awarded a contract by Sound Transit for the refurbishment of thirteen (13) 60-foot articulated New Flyer diesel transit buses.
The project was procured through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Contract, allowing Sound Transit to streamline procurement. The project will be performed at CCW’s headquarters in Riverside, California, with CCW managing both refurbishment and vehicle delivery in accordance with the Washington State contract.
This award represents a significant investment in midlife rehabilitation, offering Sound Transit a cost-effective alternative to new vehicle procurement while maintaining performance and rider comfort. Through refurbishment, agencies are able to achieve a strong return on investment by modernizing existing assets on an accelerated timeline compared to new bus purchases.
Major Scope of Work Highlights Include:
- Cummins ReCon ISL diesel engine replacement paired with rebuilt Allison B500R transmissions
- Full articulated joint disassembly and rebuild, including bearings, wear plates, hydraulic components, sensors, and bellows
- Complete interior renewal, including new flooring, new freedman passenger seating, refreshed interior panels, and a new RECARO driver’s seat
- Exterior restoration, including undercarriage corrosion treatment, body repairs, and full exterior repainting with Sound Transit-approved graphics
- Interior and exterior LED lighting upgrades, including headlights, marker lights, and engine compartment lighting
- Full suspension, steering, brake, and air system overhalls
- ADA system upgrades, including rebuilt wheelchair ramps, new securement systems, and updated signage, and Q-pods
